Hands down the best sushi in Ukiah! I have been there twice now and so far my favorite is the Fire Cracker which is one of the chefs creations. His menu is extensive and he offers all options imaginable. Its inside a local Pub/bar and there are tables and American food offered also.

We were pleasantly surprised, The sushi restaurant is inside a pub. We were hesitant it appeared like a bar food/fast food dive. But we were really wanting some sushi. We ordered some standbys and slowly worked our way up the menu. WOW!! Some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. The owner was great he trained in Japan. This was a great experience. His sign wasn’t even up we had a hard time finding it. He told us the signs would be up today. We highly recommend this place.

I was literally heading across the street to eat sushi when I saw the sign for Sushi Gaijin, pulled over and googled it. SO GLAD I DID!!!! Huge menu option and the chef is just amazing. Christopher is super friendly and willing to create anything you’re in the mood for and not to mention he’s really fast! 🙂 The ingredients are fresh and flavorful and you can honestly tell the difference. Highly, highly recommend!
