Best Pizza Hut in the 7 cities. Food always hot and fresh. Chicken always fried the way I love it. I love the staff also. They’re very funny friendly and provides good service. I travel way from Suffolk to this Pizza Hut.

I initially ordered from a Pizza Hut from another location and from that location’s actual website and without my even knowing it, my order was redirected to this location, which is sketchy, in and of itself. Anyway, when we realized what had happened with the order, we drove over to the Providence location to pick it up. My daughter went inside to get it and she told me the guy who handed the pizza to her didn’t even speak to her not even once. Very off putting, to say the least. Then, when we got it home, it was cut into really irregular-sized pieces, like a child did it. Even worse, the pizza had little to no sauce or flavor. It was undercooked. I could tell that was the case just by looking at it. I believe the staff needs to be retrained in customer service and how to properly make pizza. FYI, this was on a Sunday, at around 4:00 PM (3-19-23). They weren’t even that busy. I don’t recommend this location. The one on Indian River where I placed the actual order on the website is way better! Providence location is just too sketchy.

I was greeted when I walked in but it did take a while to take my food order. About 10 mins. I had taste for something sweet and I love cinnabons. I heard that pizza hut carried them so the convenience is great. The restaurant was clean and very pleasant. After receiving my order, which was cinnabons only, it did take another 12 minutes to receive them. The associate did smile and wish me a great day, so customer service is spot on.

Ordered pizza and wings. Brought only pizza at first, called the store and person was very rude. 45min later the wings showed up only to be the wrong kind. Horrible service. Pizza was cold and undercooked. Wings barely still warm. Horrible food and service. Will not be back for sure!
