This was our first time! We walked to the location in Guilderland since it is only a mile from our house. Counter staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The strawberry banana milkshake was thick and delicious! The fries were perfect, and I got a burger with cheese, bacon, and “burger jam”, that was AMAZING!

Great quick and healthy lunch!!! With or without the bun…. who needs fries when you have crispy pickles!! Great nerd sauce!! Cute feel! Fresh and affordable! Staff was very accommodating and even fixed an issue with the client before me and gave me extra pickles.

My teen sons rated their cheeseburgers a 7/10. Out of curiosity, I got the vegan burger (I’m a meat-eater) and give it a 8/10. It was good, not phenomenal, but good. Fries are a weak point, a little limp and oily for my tastes. BUT, the shakes were very good! Three single burgers, three fries and three shakes cost $50 + tip. A bit expensive and I’m willing to pay it in order to support local businesses, BUT I think I want something more memorable.

Honestly the best burger, fries and milkshake i have ever had the pleasure of tasting! The fries were cooked perfectly, not too salty or greasy but the perfect amount. The hamburger was cooked to perfection, with a juicy patty and crunchy vegetables. But lastly dont get me started how amazing the milkshake is!

Tried for the first time tonight at Guilderland location. Decent food. I wasn’t blown away but it’s okay! Reminded me of a homemade version of a shake shack burger. Burger was too thin & lacked flavor to me. I had more lettuce & bread than meat. Great prices though for what you get. Fries were hot but get cold & kinda greasy quick since they’re so thin. Not sure I would go often.
