Food was hot and the young lady at the drive through speaker was very knowledgeable and assisted me in choosing the perfect meal to feed my large family. when i walked in and the woman working the front counter was not paying attention she was leaned over a counter in the back on her phone not until i said something did she roll her eyes and take my order. in doing so she forgot food and made it to eat in not to go. the counter to get drinks in the lobby was covered in drinks and so was the floor with no wet floor sign. there were lids and straws on the counter soaked from the beverages. the tables were not wiped down and the floors were sticky. i do not blame anyone except the front line worker because if she has time to be on her phone there is no reason the lobby should’ve been in that shape. and her customer service was horrible:) please hire better people.

Felt like I was robbed. Ordered 3 wing meal, 2 sides, biscuit, small drink, $11. Wings were the smallest wings I ever seen. Sides gotten smaller, biscuit was even smaller. Floors littered with trash and crumbs. Floor greasy and slippery even though a new building. I actually witnessed the manager stick his hand down the back of his pants and repositioned his underwear or something and continue on his merry way, disgusting.

It’s not terrible. Past 2 times we have done mobile order and given a time to expect the food to be done. Which is generally around 20 minutes. It always takes longer cause they prioritize drive up

Nice, friendly staff, very fast service. Dining room was clean too. Dining out here is just too expensive, and there is only one kids menu item. Neither of those are the fault of the local staff though.

Normally, KFC is the bomb. But they have tried to incorporate and serve fried lives. The ones that I received were DRY and almost impossible to chew. I have two they that were missing before I got that order. Now after trying to eat v that particular branch’s livers, now I have four missing theeth.
