Had food delivered today. The fried oysters were good but the ribs were overcooked and dry. Maybe a little more BBQ sauce would have helped? Will continue to order from them and eat there but might not get the ribs again.

Grabbed some take out seafood on a busy Friday night during lent in a heaviliy catholic region. Quoted time was way off, but that’s life. I do give them credit, they atleast acknowledged it and they tried to make it right. Luckily the fish and chips were really good. Not greasy, definitely tasted fresh. The fries were even surprisingly good, not soggy, still had some crunch despite the take out. Went with Clam chowder and stuffed quahog as well. They were okay. Place has a lot of awards, did see a lot of 2nd place finishes and a couple wins. They are definitely one of the better seafood restaurants in the area.

came here 8/12/23 for some fish and chips and some fried shrimp for my son who is up from FL. Online ordering was easy and it was easy to put in a small request for my son. staff went above and beyond to make a small switch out instead of cocktail sauce he wanted buffalo sauce. The waitress was kind and courteous despite me having several requests that I kept asking her (plastic forks, napkins, ketchup). Manager was on top of stuff making sure that everyone was happy. The live band helped make the very short wait very pleasant and made me wish I had done eat in versus takeout! definitely will come here again to try more stuff! Food was fresh and reminded me of my childhood!

Horrible experience. Never going back there. I exposed the over priced shenanigans they are pulling on customers. On top of that, they shorted an order of shrimp on my overpriced order and called me a lier. My future wife’s lobster was so dry and overcooked, it was just the top of the iceberg. Deception and poor customer service is what you will get. The owner is supposed to call me. They should have handled it then. Not later. Time to find a new place. $39 for that. You’re crazy.

We had lunch here today for the first time and ordered the clam chowder and bisque for starters. The server brought out the chowder and bisque along with complimentary clam cakes!! The chowder, bisque and clam cakes were all very good!! For our meals we both ordered the baked seafood casserole which consisted of scallops, fish and baked stuffed shrimp!! The scallops and fish were excellent however the shrimp were very overcooked making them tough and rubbery!! We could not eat the shrimp, told our server and did not get any compensation for the bad shrimp! We will not be back here for lunch again!!

My meal was great but 2 others had very overcooked baked stuffed shrimp. They looked like frozen from a restaurant supply house. Not what you’d expect from a seafood restaurant on the waterfront in New Bedford. Waitress was lack luster at best. Took our order, no smile. Never saw her again until time to give us the bill. Bus girls brought our food. We mentioned the overcooked shrimp and she said she’d tell the cook.

This is a small diner type restaurant, with two areas of outdoor seating. One of the areas is enclosed by plastic wrap and has a space heater. Very casual, seafront atmosphere. Both the weight staff and the food were great. There is very limited parking on the property, accommodating approximately 8 to 10 vehicles.

We ordered the Christmas family meal this year and the person on the phone was very patient and informative. The meal itself was great! More than enough food for the holiday meal. On a regular day the crab cakes looked amazing! Unfortunately I have shellfish allergies so I couldn’t enjoy them myself but hubby loved them!
