I had a terrible experience in the drive thru. This is hard for me to review because i never want to say anything bad about a young teenager working however The young lady who took my order made me never want to visit this Chick-fil-A again. I actually got out of my car and went inside to speak with the manager personally and he seemed to busy to listen. My food was great however I will find a new location other than the one across the street from El Camino College in Torrance.

The drive thru was fairly fast just right before lunch rush (and there was already 2 lines when I arrived). Ordered my usual, since the server that came to get my order did not offer a menu. Payment is with another server, who showed me how they stay cool during this heat wave. Chic-fil-a gave these outdoor servers each a cool vest (previously in the fridge), overhead fans (on the ceilingof the drive thru), and beverages (cooler and cups on a foldable table). The pick up window had two other servers handing the orders. They were talking with each other when handing me my order, so I double checked my order, said thanks and left. They didn’t respond to me and was getting the next order ready for the vehicle after me.

The drive thru is always busy. They have a good system in taking orders, payment and getting you to the pick up window quickly to get your order. The food is always hot. It’s a very efficient process. Workers are always kind and polite.

Really good chicken. Not sure how they keep it moist inside while super crispy outside but they do. Imagine KFC if it was real chicken and not under a heat lamp for 24 hours. I like to just order a plain piece of chicken with sauce. It is only a few bucks and to me it is better than the sandwiches. Be prepared for slow going drive through line as I service but otherwise they are the epitome of chicken the way In N Out is about burgers.
