Muse Bar and Bistro has great ambiance with dim lighting, cozy booths, and a speakeasy vibe. The drink menu is impressive, featuring signature cocktails and a wide selection of spirits. The food menu includes a delicious patty melt made with grade A beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese. They also offer a variety of small plates, entrees, and desserts. Overall, it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy a cool drink and a tasty meal. The locals love it and you will too.

Long overdue review but I didn’t forget! We were a party of 7 celebrating Mother’s Day and the food and service team were PHENOMENAL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The chef was on POINT

My husband and I really wanted to like this place. We loved World of Beer that used to be here. Right when you walk in, the host was young and his shirt was wrinkled and not tucked in. He greeted us nicely, but for a place that seemed upscale, not impressed. The wait staff was dressed okay, but the whole vibe of the restaurant seems confused. If you’re going to charge a lot of money, please make sure your service and your attire isn’t sub-par. The food was just okay. The best thing we had was the pork belly appetizer. I liked the potatoes, but they were doused in what I thought was a jarred cheese sauce. The salmon was tasty but slightly over cooked and dry. My husband’s shrimp grits had a strong smokey taste which took away from the dish entirely. It also had whole cloves of garlic which was completely inedible. The wine selection was not good and a place that serves mostly wine should have a good selection. Sadly, we will not be coming back. I hope you consider making improvements, or lowering your prices. Best of luck to you.

Wow this is exactly what I have been missing here in Clermont. We started with the complimentary beautiful hummus with roasted veggies and chickpea chips. I really liked it a lot, not to mention it was lovely looking. Then to the lobster bisque. Creamy and fresh and very delicious. Then we had the ahi tuna poke, which I will definitely get every time, because it was such great quality and the flavors were so balanced. Finally we shared the short rib & brisket burger; very delicious! Our server was fantastic and funny and so sweet! I wish I would have had room for the fries! I tried their blackberry Bellini and it was very tasty as well! Hubby had the wine, Caymus Bonanza Cabernet, which he bought bottles of at the wine store after because he really liked it. Thank you Muse for the great meal! We are glad you are here!

Hands-down, the best place to eat in Clermont right now. Chef Bob is extremely talented. Every dish was fantastic. Definitely recommend the sweet potato crusted grouper and the dry aged ribeye. Mango upside down cake is a must.

Best happy hour on the area. Social media needs to promote the happy hour more. Fried green tomatoes and bbq chicken bites both are legit.

Food was amazing! Must try the burgers. The aloha burger was so flavorful. Our server made the experience even better. Thank you Jeff for all the suggestions and laughs. Management needs to make sure to keep him! Will definitely be coming back.

SO DELICIOUS! I consider myself a foodie, and Muse met all of my expectations. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was phenomenal. Best burger I’ve had in a long time. This week, they had turnip greens for their veggie option, and they were incredible!!! Chef Bob, you are doing outstanding!!!! I can’t wait to come back.

The prime rib was over cooked a lot. The potato looks and tastes like they forgot it in the oven. The corn we think came from a bag of frozen precooked corn. Both plates were the same. The truffle burger had no sauce, but was cooked as requested. The fries though. They were not so busy that they couldn’t drop a fresh batch of fries to order. Mine were soggy. I’m not sure how the food made it out of the kitchen looking like this while the owner was having professional photos taken. We were asked how our food was twice, but a glance at the plate should have been enough to hustle the plates away in the first place. I was honest when asked the first time, quiet the second time. It should have been obvious based on the picture posted of one of two identical plates on the table. It’s a shame too. The owner, we guessed, was in the middle of having a promo photo shoot done to advertise this cute little place but should have been paying a lot more attention to the quality of the food leaving his kitchen. We wish him the best of luck.

Over priced for less than mediocre food. This place came recommended by one of my husband’s patients so we decided to give this new place a try. I consider myself a foodie and love to try new places and recipes. As a welcome they serve a complimentary small ramekin of hummus with blackened broccoli. The hummus was dry and had no flavor and the blackened broccoli was basically a burnt piece of broccoli. For starters we ordered the smoked fish dip wich was supposed to be served with avocados but instead our plate had pickled starfruit with anise notes and okra!!!! The dip was ok but nothing I would come back for. We asked for few more crackers and our waitress brought us some kind of tortilla crackers since they ran out of the regular crackers! ( How do you run out of stuff on a early Saturday night?) We also had the Burger with truffle fries. The burger was ok. Had a sweet taste to it but not bad. The fries were old looking. Almost like they had deep fried it twice. We asked our waitress what the dessert of the day was and she recommended the bread pudding with brownie bites!! It sounded so good so we ordered one. Well we should have known that even desert was going to be a bust . I’m not sure if the chef knows what a bread pudding is but what we had was not bread pudding! It was a dense vanilla pound cake with candied black cherries. It might be a great restaurant to some people that don’t eat out much and don’t know what good food is but we pass.
