The initial food service was a three star because the chicken sandwich came without the extra pickles I wanted. But with the tomatoes I told them I didn’t want. The counter server a very nice tall personable young man. He fixed the order within 3 minutes so he gets a five star.

Very small. We wet inside for a change. Could not believe how tiny the lobby was. In the bathroom doors were right next to the registers. Kind of funky. Food was food it’s McDonald’s. Lot of younger staff. Great parking area for long haul truck or RVs.

Food was cold and stale plus it looked like it was slapped together. Service was despicable. Tables were all dirty and the employees were very hostile towards each other. Plus employees were going outside for breaks and vaping. They did not wash their hands after break to continue work. Totally and definitely not going back.

I’m now comfortable using their rewards app to order and pay for food but it usually throws their employees for loop; they don’t seem to understand how their app really works. Other than that the experience and quality of food was good. I do wish they more “deals” on their app.

I understand the world is short staffed. But I went through the drive through with took 20 minutes. When i got to the window too pay I was told that they were waiting on new fries, and could I pull around to a stall. After waiting for another 15 minutes I finally went inside to find out that my meal was not prepared and that they had no clue about my order. After remaking my order I for in the car with the family and check it, there were still mistakes in our food order but at that time I was not willing to go back inside again.
