This place has been on our must try list for a while so I’m glad we got the opportunity to do so. I ordered the Braised Beef Knife Cut Noodle Soup and the whole dish was delicious. The noodles were so soft and fresh, the beef was tender and the broth was really tasty.

I recently dined at Highland Noodle Restaurant and wanted to share my experience. The eatery definitely has some strong points; the service was prompt and friendly, creating a welcoming environment right off the bat. I come here with my girlfriend and we have a good time and the food is just ok I mean . Good, but not like, wow, wow. Just ok . In terms of ambiance, the restaurant is clean and cozy, making it a comfortable place for casual dining. It seems like it would be perfect for those who prefer a no-frills approach to their dining experience.

We got lanzhou beef noodles, the “small” bowl is quite large. The cold beef dish was really good, hawthorn with crystalized sugar was decent. Cumin lamb skewers were hard to chew for me. The interior design is really nice. Overall would recommend!

Nice hand-pulled noodle. We tried the original one and it tasted good. I like to add chili for the kick. The steamed egg with pork remind me of my childhood. Lamb skewer is good but a bit chewy. Spicy beef I think will be better if it is sliced thinner. Earwood is ok. I like the sugar coated Hawthorne

Food here is excellent and they have various choices! I usually go there once a week and have recommended this place to many friends. Tried many new dishes with friends this time and all of use like the spicy beef noodles, brewed rice cake, and fried Pork in scoop! Highly recommended to everyone because of the high quality of food and good service here!
