Workers kept saying “oh my God” over the speaker as I placed the order for my family of 5! Had me pull up to wait for order but never gave me straws for the drinks then got upset when I asked for straws. Literally all food except the chicken nuggets were ice cold after waiting 5 minutes for “fresh chicken and fries” . They did not even count how many nuggets they put in each container. Paid for two 9 piece nuggets. I was given a 7 piece and an 8 piece… pictures are a “large” and “medium” lemonade.

I did an order for pick up in the app and the order was ready very quickly. Inside of location was clean and not very busy when I picked up my order. Customized order was done correctly. Friendly employee handed me my order and I was on my way. Food quality was good and consistent with other locations that I have visited.

I just left this establishment, I asked about the chicken sandwich and I heard laughter through the intercom, so I order a no#6 with a lemonade and a Jamocha shake. My lemonade was water, and my jamocha shake tasted like a vanilla shake. I definitely wasn’t pleased.

Was just there very unprofessional. Ladies sit on counter and taking good old time taking your order when there was no one there. This Arby’s either needs to close or find a better manager. They are ruining this Arby’s. I have not been there for awhile thinking it could be better but it is worse.

I went there yesterday for 1 small Jamocha shake and there was 1 car in front of me that waited at least 45 minutes for someone to take their order. I thought they were busy so I went inside only to find 2 people finishing there meal & 3 works with messed up attitudes and we’re rude, and slow as malosses on purpose. Don’t waste your time going their.
