The drive thru worker was so rude!! All we asked for was extra bronco berry sauce, willing to pay for it, and she goes “no you can’t have anymore use marinara” how are you going to tell me how to eat my food, that I paid for? Getting sauce should be so simple but she made it so difficult.

Super super slow! Visited multiple times and the order is never totally accurate. Also, they will ask if you want to donate to charity, and even if you tell them no they will still add it to your bill. Just avoid and make your own sandwich!

Worst ever. Employees all outside smoking. One inside after 10 minutes of taking my order they say they are out of Roast Beef. They all need fired and shut it down. I hope they see this , Coperate office has been called.

Very disappointed in this location. The sandwiches were barely edible. The curly fries were just small pieces that seemed to be leftover from the bottom. The jamocha shake was however phenomenal.

Super unprofessional and very rude, ordered a curly fry with my order got a Crinkle fry. When asked to switch it please they gave me a curly fry half empty. Then Proceeded in going back inside locking the door and yelling about it to her coworkers.

Ordered no cheese, no sauce on sandwich even shows on receipt. Came fully dressed bought through drive-thru and brought home. Had to go all the way back huge inconvenience, but they made a new sandwich and added fries as a freebie.
