Union Pizza Store customer service was NOT good. I stood at the register about a minute watching a guy listening to his music, dancing while preparing pizzas, etc. He finally came to the register and DID NOT greet me . He asked my name, brought the food, took the payment and walked away. I had to ask, “is that it?” He has a cute response, “Yes”…I was too tickle to be upset!!! Pizza Hut/ Union Suite 114…WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE. I just came for 12 wings and waited almost an hour. Place was a mess, extremely disorganized, awful customer service. I’m mad at myself for waiting. My order was ready on time but the quality was horrible, the dough wasn’t normal consistency, and all three pizzas were dry and overcooked, but I called in to make the complaint and the young lady I spoke with took accountability and was super nice wish I could have given her 5 stars but the pizza was the worst I’ve ever had from pizza hut in over 30 years
