I found Willie B’s Sisters Southern Cuisine on ezCater and booked them for a training event for over 100 people. We did fried chicken, salad, green beans, mac ‘n’ cheese, cornbread, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. They were on time and the food was such a big hit, I had people get up from their tables before they even finished eating to come shake my hand and tell me thank you for finding such good food! absolutely awesome and can’t wait to use them again!!!

I know that people generally use reviews to discuss the food quality of a restaurant. It goes without saying that Willie B’s Sisters has some of the best soul food around Metro Atlanta. However, this review is about what I consider as outstanding customer satisfaction and customer service. I arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes before closing. After I heard what they were out of, I placed my order. About five minutes after I ordered, the cashier informed that they only had 1/2 an order of my entree and offered to add another 1/2 order of another entree. This was very considerate. Many restaurants would have let you walk out with the 1/2 order and said nothing especially this close to closing. To top this off, they gave me a piece of cake for the few minutes of additional waiting. When I got home and looked at the order, the amount of food that they called a 1/2 order would have passed for a full order at other restaurants. I really appreciate that they told me about my entree and made the offer for an additional substitution. As usual, the food was delicious! Again, this was great service and they definitely have a loyal customer in me! Thanks again Willie B’s Sisters for a great experience!

I had a horrible experience at Willie B’s. There was blood in my Turkey Wings that I had recently bought. When I brought the food for them to see they stated that could only give me a partial refund because I ate all of sides. (Did not eat all of my sides). I will be suing them to get a full refund!! Also, if I’m not feeling well within the next 6 to 24 hours!!!

We had the privilege of having the Willie B’s food truck visit our corporate office today. The food was amazing! I chose the salmon burger and mac & cheese. The salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned with the chipotle ranch sauce. The mac & cheese was to die for. I even went back for a second plate. The guy even knew my name, and I wish I got his because he was so accommodating. And to have him greet me, “Hey Chelsea! I knew you were coming back!” just goes to show how serious they take customer service. Everyone was so nice!! I will definitely visit the store front soon!

Their food was fresh and good! The macaroni and cheese was on pointe cooked to perfection! The smothered chicken and rice was good and also the greens! I did not have to add any additional seasoning! Will definitely be back! Customer service was great as well. The cashier was very friendly.

I ordered through GrubHub. The food was still hot when it arrived! I ordered the smothered porkchop dinner with yams, fried catfish with mashed potatoes and collard greens, chocolate cake, and fruit punch. The catfish and Pork chops were excellent. The rice was a little bland but the gravy makes up for it and it has good texture. The greens were ok but I really loved the mashed potatoes you could tell they were homemade. The fruit punch is very sweet. The chocolate cake was moist and had a rich chocolate flavor. Overall the food was great and I will be trying it again soon.
