DO NOT ORDER from this Papa Johns. Went in to pick up my order. Not a single employee handling the food was using gloves. Delivery guys would come in from outside and start handling the food without washing their hands or using gloves. They proceeded to drop garlic sauce cups on the ground and pick them back up and put them in the box with the pizza. I am never going to this Papa Johns location ever again.

Just tried ordering a pizza delivery 4/7/23 at 9:35pm and the guy on the phone told me to call back and use the answering service that links you to India customer service and then hung up on me without me getting a word out. I tried calling back to speak to a manager but they must have recognized my number and put me on an automatic hold for at least 10 minutes and never answered. Horrible customer service at this location and I hope the owner or manager can read this to fire the guy working there. I’ve placed many orders without using the India customer service but this guy is ridiculous. They aren’t even busy. Went to another papa johns and they were able to help me out. Must not want business at this location or want the delivery driver to make some tip money. Save your time and order on tramway. Went out of my way just to avoid the Montgomery and Eubank location.

If your wants some below-average pizza, this is the place for you! Just ordered a mushroom pizza and it had almost no tomato sauce, a few pieces of cheese, and a smattering of mushrooms that tasted old and stale. Great job, Papa John’s!

I ordered my food around 1140/1150 am, using the website for delivery. The estimated time was 30 to 34 minutes. It arrived an hour later. I live 8 minutes away from this location and I could have picked up my pizza if it was there in store, but it wasn’t. Their driver was given three orders to deliver so it was not his fault. The driver was also a new worker, so you should not be giving a new employee three orders at one time. Papa John’s did not contact me to let me know where my order was or what was going on. They also didn’t know where their driver was so they could not give me a specific time as to when he would arrive.
