I don’t know if I’ll ever go to this place again. I placed a big order and I feel as of the more you order or the more money you pay them, they’ll penalize you by making you wait. I placed a $50 order, which doesn’t take much items to get there these days, and they sent me to the front window. Besides the time I had already waited, I waited another more than 20 minutes until I started backing up so they can remember I existed. When I asked what was going on, they said they prioritize the smaller orders and get to the bigger orders when they’re done. It was 5:30 pm… everyone was picking up food after work, so were they planning on making me hold until later that night once no one was ordering anymore?? That is not right, so just some advice… don’t place big orders there, or just don’t go there.

I placed a mobile order and upon arrival I still had to sit in line for a total of 9 minutes. When I approached the window, an employee immediately asked me to drive around to the front so I asked how long the wait would be given I had already been in line for 5 minutes. She told me she didn’t know but the person behind me was waiting. I thought to myself that I am obviously waiting as well given I’m in front of that person and again, I have a mobile order. Telling a customer you don’t know how long the wait is but you still want them to drive around is unacceptable. I asked the employee to ask someone how long the wait was given I had to be somewhere. You could see the irritation on her face as she closed the window and did not return. I politely sat at the window and waited for an additional 4 minutes. Of course I did not receive an apology when a different employee handed me the food so I politely drove off.

Service is horrible.We were standing over ten minutes ready to order and the workers just looked at us and never acknowledged us to take our order. There was no line and it wasn’t busy at all. workers were just talking to each other and the restrooms were dirty too like no has clean them at all .

Every time we order from this location through the app we wait longer for our food than if we just showed up and ordered. I think once they work out whatever they have going on with online orders this will be a good location to get food for the kids.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but there were 3 Cara in the drive through and no one inside or in curbside but us. I ordered curbside and No one ever came to deliver it. We ended up having to go in the drive through. No apology. No nothing.

This is a good McDonald’s. Just be mindful if they tell you to pull up to the second window to wait for your food, I’ve heard they forget sometimes about those people waiting. Still the only mcdonalds I choose in the area.

Last 4 times I’ve been here they got my order wrong, even when it was slow. I coke here a lot before work and get a Chicken McGriddle with cheese. Either they give me a chicken biscuit or a sausage McGriddle. I’m done with this McDonald’s.

I was really disappointed in this trip. I waited in line for a few minutes, and walked up to the counter when it was my turn. The young lady told me to wait a minute and she went outside to deliver an order. I just wanted a cup of coffee but the wait time was too long.
