I went to this deli one time because I was working in the area. And I was shocked to find out how delicious it actually was. You can buy a half a sub and a loaf of bread and feed a family of eight. If you’re hungry this is the deli for you. I always recommend it to other people if they’re in the area. And now I’m a customer for life.

We’ve been coming here since the 90s and while the quality and service are still great, the prices have gotten insane. I paid $50 for a full sub, basic pork roll, a bag of chips, and 2L soda. I still don’t know how that’s possible even $10 pork roll, $20 sub, $5 for chips, $5 for soda plus tax we’re $8 short. Which is wild because in Manhattan you can still get a great sub for $10, while this is in a strip mall by a naval base. You’d assume it would be more affordable.

This $7+ pork roll is BIG and so are the other sandwiches on the menu. You can easily split this roll. This is a nice place to call ahead to grab and GO if traveling down rt 36 to the beach. This deli needs a makeover and some TLC. Enjoy!
