WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! Pot pie was so hard and burnt, few carrots, no peas, and barely any chicken in it . Ordered online and they charged me for hot wings only to tell me they don’t sell hot wings in the establishment so I’m tryin to get a partial refund and don’t get me started on the ants in my bag that we’re after my cookie that was included with my pot pie meal. WORST KFC I’VE EVER BEEN TO & WON’T WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN. ANY OTHERS I VISITED HAD THEIR ORDERS FRESH, HOT & DELICIOUS.

The food was good, but it wasn’t my original order. Their computer for online orders accepted my order and charged my card. Got there, they were out of Chicken pot pies. They were very accommodating. They fixed me something different for same price. Kudos to the staff on duty Saturday, December 3rd.

The cashier was very rude!! She didn’t make us feel welcome for one, then she took the lady that was before me order wrong & when she( the old lady) asked for Cole slaw instead of the mashed potatoes she acted as though she didn’t hear her..After asking twice, she said yea I will exchange it.Then after taking my order, I asked for ranch dressing..She got it & threw it into my bag..I reported it to the store manger !! My $5 counts too!!

By far the worse one I’ve been to. Went at opening and there’s trash everyone in the booths. Clearly wasn’t cleaned the day prior. Disgusting establishment ran by Disgusting employees. Just poor work ethic and laziness. Came here to leave a comment, and saw all the other ones claiming the same thing. Makes sense now. Trash employees ruining a reputable franchise.
