An employee of mine and myself went there yesterday got two caramelicious drink with an extra shot (I’m a regular at a couple other locations but never go to the one on Normal) the drinks were by far the worst I’ve ever had. Honestly tasted like something was expired. This one experience ruined this location for me unfortunately.

From 2019: Always a great place to stop in and grab coffee of any kind. Their muffins are also really yummy. I always order my blended coffee with no whip, which does get missed on occasion, but they are really good about fixing that error.

I love me a large, iced, sugar-free mocha with almond milk! The staff are normally very friendly, but they can be understaffed at times. Prices are expensive for coffee, that seems to be most places these days. At the end of the day they have to coffee part down which I think matters most!

The district manager (Katherine or kat I believe) was horribly rude and disrespectful at the drive through! She corrected me when I asked for my latte to be made with half and half and told me I had to order it as a breve and seemed to laugh at me not getting it right the first time. When I got to the window she was in the face of a poor girl at the espresso bar and the staff all looked highly stressed and in horrible moods. These employees deserve better! Other than her, the staff was fast, efficient and even though in obviously low spirits were very kind when taking care of my drink.
