I saw the menu inside my hotel room. I called at 5:06pm on a Thursday evening, I placed my order and the guy on the phone said it would be an hour. I said okay. Took my address, asked for my room number, but did not take any payment over the phone. Happy about this- but it took an hour and a half, I even called and the guy said the driver was on his way. I ordered Garlic Knots, and the raviolis and it came with a side salad. Eh, pasta was decent but garlic knots were not even knots. Just big pieces of dough with Parmesan & butter melted together. And there a total of 8, but should have gotten only 6. Some didn’t even have any seasoning on them, a waste. The side salad was eh too, the tomatoes weren’t exactly tasty. I paid $21.50 and gave a $7.00 tip. Who ever packed it, put the smaller container of the pasta on the bottom, so the lid was coming off. Probably won’t be going back- one and done.

Took about 1.20 hours to deliver. Ordered eggplant parmesan which looked not appetizing, it smelled burned and when I opened it it was indeed burned. It was close to cold, the garlic knots are extremely big and didn’t taste good. Eggplant Alfredo I asked for fettuccine but didn’t get it. The worst $26 I spent, because I couldn’t eat any of it. Oh! We are staying at a hotel and thought the menu was for a pizza joint nearby or on the hotel’s property. It’s only after placing an order and going to pick up that it was observed that the restaurant was 19 minutes drive away. We called, and a delivery option for $5 was offered. It took over an hour in addition to the 30-minute original wait time to get the food. The receipt was for $50 in total….$10 more than the food price. Then I made the error to add ‘nice’ tip.

This by far the worst NY style pizza I have ever had. My order was for a pick up, which included a special 2 large 2 topping pizza with a 2 liter soda. Went to pick up my order at the designated time only to arrive and find the door propped open with a table and a guy helping someone at the door who’s order wasn’t delivered to their hotel. During this time I noticed a mountain of pizza boxes all stacked to the ceiling in what should be the lobby or area where you walk in to order. This place was not set up like a normal restaurant. There wasn’t a counter to pay at, just another table across from the pizza box mountain with a cc machine. I should have known then that the food couldn’t be good if the restaurant couldn’t even afford to set up the front of the store where patrons would be. So while still helping the couple that didn’t receive their order, more people came up and eventually the couple went from standing by the table outside to the lobby area inside and these other people who just arrived followed. I stood by outside and watched the person that was helping the couple, now starting to help a young lady that walked up after me so I walked inside as well thinking I would get my order and leave since I had already been outside while he was helping the couple and it was already paid for….but no, this guy literally started helping the guy that walked up after the young lady and I couldn’t believe it…so I had to let him know that I was there before these people and that he was not going to skip me. So I got my order and left, only to go home and see that my pizza looked and tasted like a 6 year old made it! The pizzas were trash and had no taste whatsoever. My chicken and cheese pizza had chicken pieces that look like someone just randomly threw them on the pizza and the cheese pizza just tasted weird. Never again will I support this place as it looks like trash and it serves pizza that equally tastes like trash. Save your money and your taste buds and go somewhere else!!!

Terrible service. I ordered a Calzone and they did not put the cheese. When I called to ask why, the owner would not even speak on the phone, he made the part time helper reply. His response was “we were out of cheese, so we just sent you the food without cheese”. What? No cheese at a pizza place? What kind of pizza place makes Calzone with no cheese? They ruined my dinner and I worked all day and expected a simple meal. The calzone only had three ingredients, Ham, Dough, and cheese. The owner sounded very rude over the phone. Do not order from this place they will cook awful and take your money. The ham was also uncooked and in large chunks with fat and gross. The worst pizza place I have ever wasted my money from in Tampa. I travel up often and I will never use this place and I will tell everyone to never eat there.

Just tried this place out after arriving from a delayed flight. At such a late hour at night, we didn’t know what kind of food we would be getting. We walked up to our hotel front desk and asked for a good pizza place, and we were given the menu for this restaurant. The reviews online were a little troubling, but we were hungry so we tried this place out. Man, was that a great decision. This place was FANTASTIC! They have a great menu and the prices are decent! We ordered our food and everything arrived pretty quickly. The man on the phone was pleasant and so was the delivery man. The whole process was very easy. It was great that they took credit cards. The reviews really don’t do this place justice. The garlic knots were super tasty and perfectly cooked! The pizza was delicious and had a lot of meat on it (we ordered the works and sausage large pizzas). The mild wings are the best wings we have ever had in Florida! (We’ve tried many). They were super juicy and fresh! My sisters who are gluten free were very happy with the wings. It would be even better if they added more gluten free options. They even gave us extra sauce, Buffalo sauce, and blue cheese as we requested! They got the whole order correct and everything arrived hot and fresh! This place is extremely underrated and it’s even better that this place is open super late! When we come back to Tampa, we will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again! GREAT food, great service, and super convenient!

First of all, it took two hours for Pizza to get to us. And it was ice cold. I called the manager to complain and the delivery driver took the pizza and touched it with his hand and said it’s piping hot. I’m definitely not eating it now. We gave the pizza and wings back to the driver. We also ordered all flats for our wings, and they were definitely not. Mostly drums. The delivery driver was rude and the manager of this place had no idea how to deal with it. Would not recommend this at all!! No wonder why it’s a 2.5/5. Stay away!!

took about an hour and I got pasta and a sandwich and paid 30 DOLLARS for the the 2. Everything was insanely salty and unappetizing the “meatball” sandwich fell apart on the first bite and the meatballs were more of chunks then meatballs. the pasta top was burned and again extremely salty. the only good thing was the fries which were actually surprisingly ok considering everything else. couldn’t finish anything without my mouth feeling dry and painful the salad was absolutely vile and not appealing. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless you live for salt never going back

absolutely and categorically a disappointment. We were excited we ordered a couple pizzas, lasagna, chicken Parmesan, what can I say at least the sodas and cheese cakes were good. first an last time. generally disappointing ordered the pepperoni lovers pizza barely had any pepperoni on the pizza looks like it was thrown together in a rush… the chicken Parmesan the chicken was like a hockey puck hard and lasagna was swimming no drowning in Sauce and but there was a couple lasagna noodles somewhere swimming inside the sauce.
