Brittney (MANAGER) was very disrespectful, yelling inside the restaurant I’m assuming she was trying to get her point across! Also , she said I was being extra for asking for my drink ! Very Hateful and I will not ever go back there!! Hopefully CORPORATE WILL CALL ME ASAP !!

Nope. Not my favorite. Biscuit was flat like a pancake. Mash potatoes and grave was ok but I had to try and drink them while I drove since they didn’t give me a spoon to eat them with. Chicken strips were just ok. Might have been good with some sauce if I had any. Side fries felt like I could almost count them on two hands…15 probably. tea was good. Drive through girl was nice…one star for each of them.

This location ALWAYS does great. Food is always hot. Only gave 4 stars for service because i had to ask 3 times for honey mustard and ketchup, but they are always super friendly.

First off I order get my cup and fill it with tea. As I exit the building I take a sip and almost gag! The tea is spoiled, moldy and yeasty… I go back in the store and the worker makes me a tea from the back. I get home looking forward to my biscuits and they are hard as a rock! Corporate may need to step up and take this place over to get it up to Bojangles standards. Current employees are not doing it!

Avoid at all costs, I love Bojangles, it’s right across the street from where I live and I wouldn’t eat here if it was all there was and free. The girl taking orders at the window was legit angry at everything from me ordering to me asking for a straw to drink my tea while I sat and waited 30 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich, and I was the only one that was there the entire time. I waited 30 minutes for my sandwich but before that I waited to even get my order taken for 10-15 minutes and again I was the only person that came through. And I couldn’t have been waiting for fresh food, the tea was spoiled, the Bo fries were like 2 month old toenails and the chicken sandwich was something else. The old tomato and baby bacon gave it a unique taste to say the least. I asked the manager why it took so long and I thought she was gonna slap me FR FR so I shut up and normally I don’t intimidate easily. And then these are the fries I ended up with….

My last few visits haven’t been the best. Sometimes I think Bojangles needs to go back to the drawing board because it’s not just one location but several. This particular visit I opted to wait 15 mins for chicken because there wasn’t anything available but breasts & legs. When I got the food about 20 mins later, one of the wings was old. How? If just wasn’t tasty, the wings were bigger than usual and had so many feathers still in them. I was disgusted and started to go back but I just trashed them and went home. The young lady at the window was pleasant & compassionate. It was almost as if she wanted to say, Girl I know and I’m sorry!

Drive through is working, but told in intercom that it isn’t. Nothing on bar to order. Manager is taking the orders- I am the only person ordering. Other teens just standing, lounging. His demeanor is unpleasant and food was fast, but not up to par. Given no silverware. Horrible- just horrible. Throw the whole place away!
