Had not eaten here in a while but just needed a quick bite before the movie. We came up to the counter as a couple. There was nobody else for them to wait on. The girl took his order and then spaced out and we had to get her attention to order mine. I asked for tap water but they refused and made me buy the bottled water. They are obviously instructed to get a minimum amount of money out of every person that comes to the counter. Eileened on the counter as we were waiting and it was disgusting I got something sticky all over me. There was crumbs and straw wrappers just lying all over. I asked the young man for a rig to wipe my hands and I would have cleaned up the counter for him. But he gave me a wipe in a wrapper instead. I asked him for a larger washcloth to clean the counter off with. He said no he was not going to come out there and clean it every hour. He told me twice that he was not going to clean it until the end of the shift. So customers have no place to set their purse or lean on while they wait for their order. I just looked at him and credulously and he just you know shook his head and said no. I miss the days when people took pride in their work.

I ordered food for my lunch break and master shifu with the dodgers hat was very quick and polite. The lady who looked like jeniffer Lopez ate too much, was rude. I already asked for a bag but because I work in the mall she seemed to intend on making me late. Little does she know I’m a manager and have all the time to get my food. She was rude and smelled bad. Also didn’t wear gloves and didn’t give me a fork and she smacked my stuff in the bag like a child. So my Mac and cheese splattered. The little female I had last week was super nice but the old tan broad was totally rude 0/10 don’t recommend. Master shifu was nice tho the blue rasberry drink was bussin. Thanks master shifu

Natalia was very rude when all I did was ask for a carry out cover for my Mac and cheese which was terrible, she just walked away and rolled her eyes when I asked for one. Very very rude and I’m a 68 year old senior citizen whom she threatened to beat up! She actually came out a side door yelling threats. Cops were called, and she’s a manager! Needs to be fired!!

Would give a zero if I could, waited outside for 15 minutes because I was craving pizza, wasting my 30 min lunch break. No one ever came even tried to call line goes to voicemail also yelled hello they have no bell. Took my business somewhere else and will never go here again . Disappointed!

Biggest sham in the mall. the pizza is disgusting and the employees are rude. i took my food back then was going to pay what i kept for a slice a pizza bread stick and 2 drinks was damn near 20$.

There was a misunderstanding in what we ordered, which was ok until the person waiting on us was extremely rude about it. We didn’t ask for the extra food to be taken off our bill and we said it was not problem, they still made a big deal saying it’s what we ordered and we were causing a problem.

Natalia gave the worst customer service I have ever fathomed after Christmas – verbally attacking me and my family after asking a simple question. I couldn’t believe it – We went elsewhere. She clearly gets away with her incredibly poor attitude based off reviews from YEARS ago. It’s no wonder she works at a fast food pizza joint – her attitude would not be tolerated anywhere else besides the trenches of Sbarro’s.
