Loved this place. They have so many healthy options. I had the four cheese ciabatta with pineapples with a delish salad with apples, cranberries, cashews and goat cheese. The combo came with a choice of cucumber lime water or strawberry lime water. They were both great. Also with the purchase of a combo you get 5 oz free of their frozen yogurt. Everything for only $6.49. Great food at great prices. My sister and daughter had the chicken salad croissant. They both loved it. My daughter is super picky so for her to like it is a big plus. The manager Carlos and his staff were all very nice and patient with us as we asked our many questions. Gumbo’s Deli and Tapioca Rush are now joined. We also enjoyed some Tapioca Smoothies.

Doc Who? (Doctor Who?)
Okay, it’s rare that I give a restaurant a five star review, especially when on a first visit. I’m going to go ahead with this, with caveats. The restaurant is well-situated, located at the back of a pleasant atrium, inside a strip mall. There’s plenty of parking, and having the restaurant inside the atrium and not just an outdoor store front gives it added security, better environment control and more of an upscale feel.

I’ve been here several times and everything Ive tried has been really good and consistent. This time I just got the detox juice for breakfast. I really like the croissant combo, it comes with a really good dipping sauce for the chicken salad sandwich and also the island salad is really good. I also like the Campesina ciabatta. The inside is nice and clean and theres indoor and outdoor seating.

Ok people! This place is a must try place!! Delicious, fresh, and flavorful food. I would give them 10stars if I could, that’s how good it is.This is the Island salad and it is to die for. It has strawberries, mango, praline pecans, cranberries and goat cheese (or panela cheese for me) and their vinaigrette dressing…dang it !! I also had a ciabatta bread turkey sandwich that I was soo ready to eat that I didnt even take a picture of it but it was grilled to perfection. I also had a side of lentil soup, are you kidding me…super delicious! If you know me you know that I have a palate for good food and this place just hit that perfect spot in my palate! Repeater Eater?…yes please!
