Fantastic taco place!! Had Pastor, Sausage, Beef and Chicken Tacos. Pastor tacos I think were the best. The simplicity of the onion and cilantro fillings is what made all the meat flavors stand out. All tacos were filled with lots of meat. Taco soft shells were just right. Chicken Quesedilla was large size and tasted freshly made. Very easy choice to make going to Taqueria Cordoba, for sure one of the best taco places in CT.

Authentic Mexican food in the Northeast (passing through from Texas)? Check. Had two pastor tacos (regular) and one steak taco. Guacamole / chips weren’t on the menu but they were nice enough to make it for me to go! Green and red hot sauce were good, fast & friendly service.

A roommate was celebrating her birthday this past weekend. As a present, I wanted to cater the party with food from her favorite restaurant, Tacos Cordoba. I called earlier in the week to order 2 catering sized trays of the quesabirria and tortas. There was some miscommunication over the phone and when I arrived Saturday evening, there was only one normal sized order of each. The woman working at the counter took full responsibility despite my pleas that it was because of my terrible Spanish. She fixed the order promptly and gave it to us at half price. It was overly accommodating and really made my night.

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. This was a great food experience. I ordered three tacos, two Pastor and one chicken, a Pastor Torta, and a chicken sope. Everything was excellent. I had some hot red sauce and some mild green but the food was so good it stood alone beautifully. There was abundant flavor throughout the food and it was just really satisfying. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 9.1.
