Me and my roommate went and even though we ended up waiting half hour for all our food to come, the wait time was anticipated and the food was quite delectable. We each filled out a survey that we were told by servers we would get a free order of fries in return for completing the survey. We each asked for an alternative free side order because neither of us wanted fries, and in the end we each ended up getting fries, 12 extra wings each (they originally promised me 5 extra wings and corn for her as an alternative to the fries)an extra order of corn, and a new flavor of wings for both of us to try. We ended up having a full table of around $100 worth of vittles by the end of it!!! We were ecstatic by the service *smiling aggressively*.

The overall vibe of this place is really odd. Came to order for a friend and took a picture of the menu once then twice. An employee was quick to jump at me with you can’t take pictures in here. You can’t take pictures of the menu. After that they were all rude, and continuously discussed us amongst each other. The food is all right. Just a bit overpriced for what you’re getting in store. The kicker of it all is the customer service! I came and once, and a group of friends, and I ate in. Our food took quite a while, and when I received mine last, even though I order first, they served me a large portion of fries. I didn’t order the large portion, but they served it to me. Soon after they realized I wasn’t the one supposed to get it they took it back off my plate and gave it to someone else right in front of both of us. Our second trip, consisted of the same all right food.

Our group normally comes to Wingstop and we spend over $100 during our visits. This time we all ordered ahead online and were notified our meals would be ready in about 18-20 minutes. It ended up being over an hour and no one apologized, offered a coupon, or even a free drink/ dessert.
