As out of towners, we came here by seeing it off the street and it looked intriguing so we gave it a try. My what a lovely place full of British charm and an impressive menu of Brit favorites plus. We had steak and mushroom pie and the creamy chicken marsala with angel hair pasta. Both were excellent. Hubby loved the pie’s beefy gravy and got an extra bit for his leftovers which he enjoyed the next day. I couldn’t believe all juicy pieces of chicken in the marsala entree. I’m not usually a fan of angel hair but it was perfect for this dish. We look forward to another visit if we’re in the area again.

I wanted a English breakfast or as close as I could find that LA offers and after some Googling I decided that Crown and Anchor was my best shot since they offer an all day Brittish Breakfast as part of their regular menu.

I love this place. the food is better than you would expect and the bartenbers and servers are really attentive. I’m not sure who had a bad experience but it is not the norm. Fresh cut fries and scratch made food at a pub. Yes.

Very disappointed today. Waitress took our order right away, but we watched her walk around for 10 minutes talking to all the other customers and never ordered our 2 drinks. She was more interested in socializing than bringing serving us. We live locally and are from Ireland so we will try it again, but not good today
