As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

As nice as the owner is the staff lets him down with customer service. Today 5/26 2:35pm will probably be my last time at this establishment. The guys attitude was towards me asking for a cone in a cup was ridiculous when I have been a patron for years and have gotten my small children cones in a cup since this place has been open. Did the policy change as of Wednesday (last time we were there before this) that I would be charged for an entire other ice cream in order to get a cone with a cup on top? Thanks for making a 7 year old cry on the last day of school buddy! Have a good one

First time trying checkers and loved the food, the young man that took my order was patient and polite BUT‼️ they desperately need health and sanitation training they touch EVERYTHING including money with the same greasy gloves they prepare your food with! They don’t use hairnets and let me tell you one of them had his hair so messy it seemed like he hadn’t washed that hair in months plus he was wearing his jeans mid butt which means he was probably pulling up those jeans allowing his gloves to touch gis underwear and OMG I almost threw away the food so I had to distract myself because I was starving and I love to eat

Tried it once in my life and never again. It was later in the evening and the food I was given was cold. The chili was so thick it was not appetizing at all. Also food was extremely over salted in my opinion. This is just not the place for me.

Fry burgers are excellent and the new chicken crunch sandwich is extremely tasty. The two daytime ladies that work for Checkers are extremely friendly and they remember returning customers. You should do more advertising at Trout Park baseball field. There are many that are from out of town using the field and do not know that you are close by.

Used to go to the one on summit Street in Elgin,was always good it’s now gone. Saw they had this new one on Dundee Ave. Paid $15.00 for 2chicken sandwichs, fries and soda pop, terrible, sandwichs were small as hell, fries were cold, sodas had no carbonation in it. WORST EVER.
