Both my husband, brother-in-law and I all agree that the food, service were all bad. Don’t know if the waitress we had was new or what, but when we ordered our appetizers we thought the tenders were suppose to be buffalo style, but instead they were just plain and dry. Also the waitress took our order and main order at the same time. We thought they would come separately but,everything the appetizers and the main meal came at the same time. I ordered the ribs. They were fatty and did not taste good at all. As my brother-in-law and husband said. The 99 food is not like it use to be, we will have to start going somewhere else to eat like Applebee’s or Chili’s unfortunately. On a scale of 1-10 it got a 1. And the music was so loud Heavy metal type, so hard to hear each other speak.

It’s a hit or miss with good service when dining in. We come here often. Some of the bartenders are nice and make drinks the way they should be. Some are condescending and will fill a glass with ice so you get 3-4 sips out of a $10 drink, and when you order something else they get offended and make the next one so weak it doesn’t taste or look the same as a person your dining with who ordered the same thing. Dinging in food is always better then takeout.

This place has actually improved since I went here once 2 years ago. Hate my experience then, but loved tonight experience. Our waitress was attentive and let us know what was best for drinks and dinner. She also didn’t hover over us, so really enjoyed the celebration of our family member turning 21. Would be fun to come here again, because even though it was Wednesday place was packed.

Drink was not made correctly was supposed to be a strawberry margarita it only had crushed strawberries n no flavor just watered down. waitress had attitude when we explained about the drink, we asked for no garnish and the drink still had a lime and strawberry in it. utensils needed to be taken out of service they were scratched and stained from dishwasher we ended up being given plastic utensils.
