Horrible first impressions. I ordered two pizzas using their online ordering service. The order was placed at 6:45 and was supposed to be ready at 7:10. I showed up shortly before they were supposed to be done and checked in. I was told they’d be ready in 5-7 minutes. After 20 minutes, and people who showed up and ordered at the counter after me had gotten their pizzas, I went up to check on the order again. The girl told me that they we out of tomatoes for my margarita pizza and asked if I would like to add something different. I had been sitting near the cash register the whole time and she never said anything about that until I asked. Eventually, at 7:45 I walked out with my pizzas. The pizza was good, which is why I’ll definitely give them another try, but not on a school night when the family is waiting for dinner. I’ll update after that attempt.

We had a Margherita, Island Regular, and Ms. Daisy. Every single pizza was delicious, crispy, and full of flavor. Our party of 7 ate all three pizzas & two orders of knots! Great sauce, great selection, great service!

Neutral review as I didn’t get to try the pizza. Called 40 minutes in advance to pick up a pepperoni and a house cheese pizza. When I arrived the pizza wasn’t ready and it seemed they had forgotten the order. Management needs to train staff better to avoid bad experiences like this. If you’re busy, that’s one thing, but say as much. It seems they just got overwhelmed and flubbed the order. California pizza kitchen is available in the freezer section at KTA.

Great pizza, especially loved the crust which is saying a lot because we’re picky about pizza crust. We got the sweet and spicy. Customer service was friendly and she got my finance’s humor which can sometimes take people off guard. Fast service also. (we were walk -in’s) We will definitely be back.

Solid pizza and reasonable prices. They’re generally pretty quick and the pizza is good. Not the best on the island, but certainly a few steps above Costco and Dominos. The crust is well made and the toppings are always great. Will definitely continue to order from here.

Literally the worst pizza I’ve ever had! I ordered online, and I was a few minutes late (5-10 min.) It was stone cold and had the taste and consistency of cold cardboard. It must have been cooked at least a week earlier. I must have gotten a left-over, abandoned order.

We ordered four pizza’s…the worst pizza I think I’ve ever had. Frozen would had been better. We ordered bacon and pineapple…most of the slices had maybe 1 piece of pineapple (the most was 2 maybe). I don’t even think it was fresh hawaiian pineapple. 🙁
