It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Curbside pickup times are abysmal. App said order would be ready between 1033 to 1038am. It’s 11am and I’m still sitting here. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but don’t lie to the customer and tell them their order will be ready at a certain time. I have stuff to do. If I hadn’t paid for the order already, I would have driven off.

Hey Whataburger, why did I have to wait 15 minutes for my curbside order? This is NOT the first time either. Probably could have gotten my food quicker if I just went inside & ordered. Who has time waiting on their lunch break. My burger wasn’t hot or my fries. Would have made it a little better if they were.

Line is always long, so if you’re gonna go through the drive-thru, then use the street entrance, especially during the weekend’s cause most likely you will block traffic.
