I’ve been to the mentor location a few times, unfortunately service was very slow. I went this evening and ordered a Godfather and wanted it on the everything bread it’s supposed to come on but they said they ran out of bread. They only had regular and whole grain. When I got home and opened my sandwich it was so soggy and falling apart. I asked for extra lettuce and not one piece of lettuce was on it. Very disappointed Service was good but I don’t think I’ll be going back. And also there are no lights on in the parking lot it was pitch black

Very disappointed! We drove from Frankfort Kentucky and was so looking forward to visiting here. But, 2 of our subs had no veggies. And she never asked if we wanted any. We ordered Buffalo chicken and chicken bacon ranch salad into a sub. The everything bread was good .

Bread baked fresh daily? I don’t think so. Last two visits, bread was hard and stale, crumbled all over my plate. Ordered a Dagwood and deli meat was “thin”. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice . . .

Seems like they have a crew of remedial toddlers making the sandwiches. I mean how slow mentally do you have to be to make a bad sub? They’re overpriced and they barely put anything on the subs to make it worth the price. I’m all for inclusion, but you really shouldn’t hire people that slow if they can’t make literally the simplest food you can. Garbage. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

There are many submarine and sandwich shops all over the place. DiBella’s does not disappoint. The fresh baked bread is fantastic. Nice that they make their own. The meats are of a high quality and fresh as well. Don’t forget to have Grandma’s Cookies to round out the meal. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!

Subs are so good. Meatball is my favorite. Never had any issues ordering. Try these guys, you won’t regret it

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sub was kinda bland. I expected more of a bite from the bacon ranch. Maybe I’m just used to more flavor. But overall great spot.

I’ve always liked Dibellas Subs but the last few times I’ve been there I did not walk away happy. When I saw my sandwich I was totally disatisfied. I have been getting tired of the workers not listening to how I want my sandwich. They have an attitude. Well now I have one. I am not going back until someone cares.

Everyone that works there was very nice. We need some time to look over the menu and they understood. Will be back again.

My first two DiBella’s experiences were at work – my boss ordered us box lunches (cold subs) the first time (gross, hard, crumbly, tasteless bread), a (cold) sub tray the second time (much better, fresher bread).
