Roach alive kicking legs on back from under the cooler a lady worker killed it with a napkin and went on doing what she was doing didn’t clean the front or make sure there weren’t anymore. They should have cleaned where she killed it.

Pizza Hut is basically the McDonalds of pizza world so my expectations were already low. I was not disappointed. Large pepperoni thin crust. Very floppy, ton of grease and I could have sharpened the crust into a shank it was that hard. Way over priced @12$ If you could box up what fast food taste like, this would be it.

This specific location on Panama Lane is amazing! Always have food made on time, and they usually have a good customer service, I mean you don’t need much since is a carry out location no dine in, but I love the convenience of placing the order online and picking it up at this location. Only bummer. Is they don’t provide complementary cheese and pepper but that’s not their fault, since I’m pretty sure it comes from corporate.

I ordered 12 piece wings that had little to no medium Baffalo sauce. They tasted terrible and were extremely bland. My large pepperoni pizza was fine, however my medium 2 topping was under cooked and had ham as well as the meats I choose which was not an order I made. I was and am very disappointed as I paid $40. For this order!!

Yes I’m leaving a bad review because I place a $60 order, and it the wrong food was delivered. I called to have them correct it and they wanted to give me a credit, which is fine, but they only wanted to give me a credit for $10 when the part of my order that was wrong was $28. I checked the receipt to see if the order was taken wrong and the receipt had the order right but they delivered the wrong food.
