I ordered online and I was impressed by the group ordering. That’s pretty cool. However, it said the food would be ready at 7:30 and when we got there early to get it, they had never gotten the order. We paid $70 for 4 people. I got the food home and I had a black hair in my food. Won’t eat here again …

It is in its early existence, so I expected some bumps. We came in and 2 families ahead of us to order. Was told 30 min wait on food and people calling on the phone complaining of online ordering was stating a 76 min wait… smh. Food came and what what we ordered. I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice no veggies (pictured) and the other 3 family members had orange chicken with rice. We ordered regular size bowls but the portion seems small. Will return once the newness wears off.

I had high hopes for Teriyaki Madness. I was somewhat underwhelmed. I stopped by on their second day which was, of course, extremely busy. Not sure if they had turned the A/C on or not but it was quite warm inside this location. The temperature could also have been due to the amount of people waiting for their orders. It was 15-20 minutes queued up to place my order and 30 minutes to receive. Pretty pricey. The bright side was the $6 teriyaki chicken bowl promo that they were offering. I ordered three of those and one orange chicken. The food was pretty good but not outstanding. The broccoli was not steamed. Pardon my expression here…it was raw and hard. Not what I expected. Would I go again, yes so I can try other menu items. Compared to Koji’s and Panda Express, I would rate it lower on that list. I would suggest waiting a couple of weeks for the crowds to die down. I also overheard a couple of customers say that the wait time was too long and they left.

I dropped by Teriyaki Madness for takeout. This place has some very good teriyaki chicken. I love Panda, but this place has them beat on Chicken Egg Rolls and Teriyaki Chicken with Fried rice and Veggies.

So I tried this restaurant for the first time and I don’t know why it has a bad rep. My food was hot and delicious, and there was plenty of food in my bowl. The staff was fine, and my food was ready to be picked up when I arrived. I’ll be back again.

I would love to be able to rate the food, but we had to cancel our order. We waited a few weeks to try this restaurant out as we knew they were new and figuring everything out. Tonight we placed an order for 30 minutes out to give them time. Arrived at 7 pm, people were waiting everywhere waiting for food. At 7:30, we asked for a refund as we were still about 25 minutes from getting our food. We went elsewhere and will hopefully try again in 6-12 months when they have it figured out but this restaurant doesn’t have an atmosphere to wait an hour for food.

I was pleasantly surprised when I finally tried this place! It has been on my list of tries, but I out it to the wayside because I was obsessed with Greek and Mediterranean food there for a while. I’m kinda disappointed I waited so long! The food was hot and delicious! And the portion was really a good portion for the price paid! I would REALLY suggest trying this spot out! We got carryout and it was still perfect by the time we got it home!!
