If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food is awful at this location. Customer service is non-existent, and this is not the first time. I ordered all white meat but received a wing and the rest dark. I asked for spicy and got mild, and the soda was flat. Add to that the fact that I waited in the drive up over 10 minutes just to order and another 5 to 10 to get my food. I attempted to contact management 12 times the night it happened and throughout the next day, and the phone was never answered. When the voice-mail picks up, the box is full, so a message can’t be left. I’m now out 17 bucks, and the order wasn’t even worth it. Stay away from this location at all cost!!

So on Sunday 8/6/2023 it is now 10:20 a.m. and they clearly have an open sign on and say they open at 10:00 a.m. one of their workers recently just came in late at 10:15 and gave me some ridiculous excuse why they won’t open yet in their dining. These people are very rude they wouldn’t even come to the door to let me know or anything they laughed at me behind the counter while I was knocking or trying to get their attention at 10:20am, so I never got served or addressed I was just left outside literally standing in front of the door for over 20 minutes then I left I will never come to this Popeyes again

If I could give -1 stars I would. The little witch at the window was extremely rude! She left the window after arguing with me about my order and how busy they ate when there was no one there but me and she went to the gut who was preparing my food. I moved my car up to see what she was doing, when she saw me she and the guy moved to an area where I could no longer see them. There was no way I was going to eat that food. She told me to take it up with the app? I paid $12 for food I wasn’t about to eat. I drove down to In & Out & gave my Popeyes eal to a homeless man. He was very grateful. Needless to say I’ll never go back to that Popeyes again!

I really don’t know about this location. I went through the drive thru originally and waited for 5 mins but no one helped me. So I drove around the front and noticed it was open with customers. So I parked and ordered I asked for the special which was a $6 shrimp tackle box but the cashier looked lost so I had to point it out for her. It took a while for my order and I was the only customer there ordering. Then she asked if I would like sauce so I asked for buffalo but then she realized she didn’t have any..the the place was clean, food was warm.. but the service fell a little short..

We have been going to this popeye’s since it opened,not one time have we had a good experience. Today we tried to do it again and had the worst chicken I’ve ever had from popeye’s. It was all dried and overcooked 1/2 spicy other half regular when I ask for all spicy. The service was very slow had to wait. No desserts were ready they told me I could wait up to 7 to 8 minutes longer. We will start going back to popeye’s in Whittier.

This location is disgusting!! They gave my family and I bloody chicken!! Not only did they get our order wrong but they give us uncooked chicken!? Now I feel sick to my stomach & my son has thrown up. Thankfully Uber eats gave us a refund but you people cooking there should be ashamed of yourselves!!! No wonder no one answers the phone because you people know you would get cussed out. Close this business down!!!
