The chick meal is a pretty good meal. I like to get my chicken salads on croissant bread so i get a decent sized bread option. I do leave full yet the amount of chicken salad you get per scoop isn’t a huge amount which is a down side but isnt super seasoned with flavor. So I see it as an easy lunch or dinner if you don’t want nothing too heavily like fried foods.

Went in there two weeks ago and they only put about half the amount of chicken on the sandwich!?! So I went in there last week and it was the same small portion. I had to complain to get more put on the sandwich. I called the number at there website and talked to Kevin. He said that the size of the bread fluctuates, that’s why it looked smaller but I disagreed. He said he didn’t have time for my complaint so I hung up. I will never go back to this place!!

Customer service is horrible I waited at the outside order. When I got ready to pull to window then they answered rudely so I went in and everyone was playing around talking bout leaving and when I got to the register they just stared this place needs new employees and most definitely management like why have a drive thru if your not gonna answer but when people walk in y’all jokingly about leaving and for future references I worked for Chicken salad Chick and they train you to speak when customers come in they teach great hospitality in traing I just got off work and wanted some ahh salad know I’m blowed couldn’t even get no food…

Really good as my first time experience on everything from order being taken, explanation of items, speed of ready and brought to the table and the portion. Lots of chicken salad on the sandwich, great flavor, potato soup was really good too. Made a great quick lunch stop!

The food and service was great. The girl at the window was very kind. I love the savory Scotty and my mother-in-law always gets the Dixie chicks and the broccoli salad is also very good. Not much of a wait in the drive-through either.
