I visited this location only for the 2nd time, to be served a frozen sandwich. Let me explain…Having worked for the company before, the standard is to defrost items before selling. However, I was served something that had been frozen and perhaps she also failed to put the sandwich on the appropriate setting and cooking time in the oven. But never should I spend $5 for a palm sized sandwich that feels cold as I bite into it. I appreciate the other partner/associate who addressed my issue and facilitated a full refund w/ Guest Services after I had to come back into the store.

I have been to this Starbucks any time I am in Kroger. Each time the drinks are amazing but the customer service is awful. Dylan is super slow at making drinks and does not listen to what you are ordering. The young ladies that work there are always doing their job fast and do it well.

Wow… I’ve like literally never bothered to leave a bad review because I don’t think it’s right to give customer service workers a hard time. I know it’s a hard job but dang this interaction really made me frustrated. I asked for a cold brew, they were out. Okay it’s late in the day- no biggie. Then I asked for a pistachio latte. They said they could make it. After waiting for 10 minutes they told me the machine was broken. I asked for a black tea lemonade sweetened. They gave me someone else’s drink on accident and called me back once I walked a few steps. Then they finally gave me my tea but it was just normal black tea.
