poor customer service from an employee named Will i called that one my toppings was missing. and right from the get go he was annoyed and rude about it. he asked if i wanted a refund or a new pizza well i have a kiddo and figured why not get a new pizza give the kid something to eat tomorrow. But no that was to much to ask for because as you see in the photo it got covered in buffalo sauce, which was the missing topping, so now i can’t risk upsetting my 14month olds stomach with that. now i don’t know who made the pizza but from how i was treated on the phone i have a strong feeling it was the employee will. which he should not be working at dominos if he can’t treat a customer correctly it’s not like he had to drive for the delivery. it was very uncalled for and if i could i would give no stars

According to the app pizza was supposed to be ready. When got there, nothing, the manager said they made a mistake you just have to wait. We asked for a discount or something he just said NO. Great customer service!

Ordered delivery online and pizza arrived quickly. The delivery driver was very nice. However, when we opened the pizza, there was clearly a bug baked into the cheese of the pizza. When I called to let them know about the bug, the guy who answered the phone said, “That’s impossible because I’ve been making the pizzas all day today. It’s probably just an olive. You can bring the pizza in so I can verify it and I’ll gladly make you another one.” Bringing the pizza into the location when I ordered for delivery, to me, defeats the purpose of ordering for delivery. So, my husband and I loaded our kids and headed to the location to get a full refund. My husband brought the pizza in for them to look at and they told him, “It’s definitely not a bug. It must be a mushroom and I think there’s an onion with it too.” Mind you, he was using the gloves that he used for cooking to touch our pizza and proceeded to the register, still using his cooking gloves. We’ve ordered from this location several times since moving to Savannah, but with this experience, we won’t be ordering from here again.

I did carry out from Domino’s Pizza, getting some pasta. The Build Your Own Pasta. You get a choice of Alfredo or Marinara Sauce. Then you get 3 picks from 22 toppings, that include meats, cheeses, and vegetables. I went with marinara sauce, chicken, cheese, and mushrooms. I received NO sauce, bacon, onions, and cheese. You can’t give zero stars, but I would.
