This has got to be the worst Wendy’s that I’ve been too. Aside from a rude check out girl at the drive thru window a I also had to wait 5 minutes from what I thought was a fresh nuggets turned out be a cold wet sloppy mess.

Awful, won’t ever go there again, waited to take my order for a good 3 minutes when NO ONE was even in the place, paid $8.50 for cold cheese fries ( not even a handful) with the cheese still cold on top, and a Jr bacon chsbrgr and sm soda, bun was dry. My mom who is elderly didn’t want me to complain because she knows how I am, so she ate a couple of bites then left it behind, I didn’t even want anything I was so disappointed, should’ve gotten her the biggy bag for $5 but it was too much for her.swansea Wendy’s better!

Wendy is good. This one AIN’T! My boyfriend did a mobile order, went in and I was sitting with the car running for about 45 minutes before he came out. They apparently never recieved the order from the app…k…but we always check our food before we leave. They had half of the items wrong. Went back in and there was already a couple asking for their 3rd version of their order that was done wrong. A woman who I think was the manager came out to hand the food to them and another customer made a comment that they should check it before they let her leave and the woman said out loud, “I didn’t ask you” before going into the back. Like, I get some customers are snarky which he was, but you obviously have bigger problems than him. They gave us the other remade half of our order (some burgers were still missing cheese) but we were done after about an hour of being there. Not going back.

ALWAYS check your order before you leave. This Wendy’s is apparently completely incapable of getting an order right. No exaggeration, they always mess something up (or don’t even give you the whole order) in the order. They’ll charge you the correct price though. They never mess that up.

The chicken wrap combo had a bit of hard wrap like ours close to time to throw them out soon, otherwise it tastes great and 420 cal. All these places are over $10 these days which is a shame but everything is high since Covid. Sadly!
