I’m editing my review after today’s experience…I work with homeless pregnant women and their babies and one of them ordered lunch for herself and her son. 1st, The pizza was almost plain as the toppings and cheese apparently slid of into the box. The cheese dip was a pile of oil and the parmesan bites were soft,greasy, and flat. Really poor job on this Domino’s today.

The Pizza I ordered was simple. I ordered a large cheese pizza with extra sauce and cheese. It was cooked well and the workers were polite, but I can promise you it had neither the extra cheese or sauce. The pizza ended up being dry and I was pretty disappointed. Mistakes happen so I’ll be giving them another try to see if they can redeem it, will update.

I have tried to give this place several chances. And the pizza is often tasty. A couple times we ordered and never got our pizza. Called 30+ times over a 2 hour period with 2 different phone numbers and never reached anyone. This time I tried to order a large order over $50 but they don’t take orders over $50 unless you add a card to your account. Which at this point you have to have an account to make sure your information is safe. So I downsized my order and then they mixed up the order. I wish they would change the policy. I don’t fault the individual store for company policy and I wonder how messed up it would have been with my bigger order since they don’t appear to be paying attention to the order at all. And they don’t answer the phone to place orders on the phone.

Like any other Domino’s store their foods are equally good. But i had few observations about this shop specifically, parking could be little tight if you are planning to pick it up yourselves or eat your food there. The staffs are good but thought could be little bit more professional. They do not offer cutlery or sauces with your food. I would expect the dominos store look into these few matters, otherwise they are awesome.

This place is terrible! Ordered Sunday evening at 9pm, got confirmation email of delivery time for 180-210min. Not even during the super bowl does a pizza delivery take 3hrs.

They are very hit or miss. Most recent order was 3 pizzas. One was the wrong size. One was supposed to be 1/2 and 1/2 but ended up more like 1/3 – 2/3. All 3 pizzas had ridiculously terrible cut jobs. Huge pieces and tiny pieces. Also, I don’t actually want a single slice with half and half toppings. They were super rude about it. They ended up giving me a refund after I waited on hold for 15 minutes.

Pizza was good, but my order was wrong. I also ordered over an hour ahead and it still wasnt ready at pickup time. Was ready ten minutes after my scheduled pickup time. Ordered one pan pizza and one thin crust pizza. Got home to two thin crust pizzas. Not cool, especially with hungry kids at home.

Order was completely wrong, pizza was smashed in box, and took an hour and a half. Called the store and explained order was wrong and pizza had toppings on it I am allergic to and the woman was really rude and I asked for a refund and she hung up on me.

Seems like they are extremely short-staffed. I ordered at 8 pm, got my pizza at 10:45, room temp and stiff. Two of the garlic twists were about half the size of the rest, like they were maybe running out of dough and rushing to get it done. We called after being stuck on the “quality check” stage for an hour, and a polite but tired-sounding employee picked up to apologize and let us know they were short-staffed, especially on delivery drivers.
