I am leaving this review more so for management to be aware of this situation that I encountered. On August 28, 2023, 8:44pm, I submitted an order through the Dunkin app for a $15 order of donuts and munchkins. I was at the store at 8:50pm. Even though the store claimed to close at 9pm, when I got to the drive thru speaker, the store was already closed. I drove up to the window and waited until the staff could not knowingly ignore me anymore. Finally acknowledged, they said that they were already closed and had thrown away all the donuts and I would need to cancel my order. Now Dunkin Donuts did handle my return via the app really easily. And the staff, once they talked to me, were very nice. And when I go up there on any other occasion the staff is really nice. It’s this time being that the point of the matter is when you say you close at 9pm, then you’re open till 9pm. Or if it is normal procedure to close the store 15 minutes before disclosed closing times then I only ask that when submitting online/app orders, that the cutoff time is correlated that way people and myself do not have any experiences like that.

Ordered through uber even though I’m 5 min away. Toasted sandwich not toasted. “Crispy” hash browns in a soggy stuck together ball. Sandwich missing the bacon and the wrap for my wrap was crunchy.

Went there to go get some doughnuts, walked in no one was there they were all outside smoking on break or something. Looked at the doughnuts and noticed bugs little black bugs all over the doughnuts flying around them and on them. Finally someone walked in, walked right pass me didn’t say hi not sure what or where they were going but it didn’t mater after I saw all the bugs everywhere. I highly recommend to not eat there.

Puhleeeeeeeease, quit putting cream cheese on the bagels. Almost every time I get cream cheese on the bagel. I always ask for it on the side. You always put too much on and it sogs the bagel by the time I get to work. I don’t have time to check every morning to see if you put it on the side. Its really not that hard. EDIT: There is a newer girl working here. She is short and heavier set with a raspy voice. She is the worst at taking orders. My orders are always wrong or she forgets to give me some of my items. On a positive note there is a young man that is tall and has longer hair. He is great. Always fixing her mistakes.

Always very friendly service. Good attitudes and the food seems fresh not stale in any manner. Loving the croissant chicken bacon along with bagel bites bacon or hash browns usually are wonderful depending I’m sure on a grease changing day
