As a regular catering customer, I called on a Sunday afternoon at 2 PM asking if there was any way I could get a catering salad ASAP. Tina didn’t hedge at all and said, “I can get that ready right away.” The food and catering experiences I have consistently had this Fazoli‘s have been unmatched. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Tried their sampler platter. Was pretty good but too much sauce for my liking but it’s an Italian place so it’s expected. Place was clean and was an overall decent visit.

I ordered delivery and it arrived very quickly. So quickly that the pizza which was definitely not undercooked yet was lukewarm at best couldn’t have possibly been made after I ordered. I haven’t kwown a pizza place that bakes pizzas in advance but I haven’t ever eaten at at “fast food” pizza place either. The salad was underwhelming as well – it looked like someone took a handful (which filled about half the container) from a pre-packaged salad bag and just threw it in. No exciting things on top at all, no tomatoes, no cheese, no croutons, just the salad mix. I was happily suprised by the breadsticks that came with the order. I wasn’t expecting them and they were hot, fresh and tasty.

Staff is so friendly! Their lead was great, Shari and Mikki. My kids are crazy and we come often and they are so accommodating. We love their breadsticks and there are so many options to suit all the ages of our kiddos.

I semi like this place but not for their meals at all… the staff has always been friendly and service is quick at making sure you receive your order hot and I’m going to just say “fresh out the door” but I can’t get over how bad the food is.. not once or even twice but 3 times I’ve gone here the food tasted spoiled..and just nasty.. I’ve. tried their pizza and both times I got burnt pizza..with no cheese on it either I’m sorry but I’m not sure if I can eat here at this particular place

We brought a group of 35 students to eat. The staff was friendly, patient with the kids, and helped them with their orders. The food was great and the staff was very accommodating to our group. It was an enjoyable experience!
