Seriously top-end burger. I’d say it’s a contender for the best in San Antonio, if not Texas (no exaggeration)! Lots of seating and parking, which is always a plus, but it’s nothing fancy on the inside. It’s also an “order up front and we’ll call your name” type place, which I’m OK with, I just wish they didn’t ask for a tip after you scan your card. LOTS OF BEERS, which I love…burger and a beer, yes please! And the bartender was super cool. This is a great addition to the Northwest side of San Antonio!

Both my wife and I got a single cheeseburger. The service was excellent. The burgers were tasty, the buns were fresh, and the veggies were crisp. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good burger. We also got milkshakes for dessert. They were great!

This location is fantastic. It has the family feel inside and out with plenty of indoor seating. The downside was while the outdoor area is very well kept, if they get busy there is not as much outdoor play space compared to the 151 location. It would be nice if the area outside the fence was cleared or something to prevent balls from going over. We brought a ball that someone else kicked over, and getting to retrieve it was unpleasant.

I went to this restaurant around 930pm, and it was very sparce and plenty of places to sit . The staff was really nice and the menu was adequate in providing food that catere to different dietary restrictions. I got the chicken sandwich, which was fried in catfish breading . The portio. Size was really good as well. I also tried the triple meat with a fried egg, mushrooms, lettuce and pickles

Go hungry! Burgers are bigger than we expected. Each patty is 1/2 lb so when you order a double it’s a 1 pound burger! We ordered a single with cheese & bacon & made it a combo, which means it comes with fries & drink. Then we ordered a double with cheese, onion rings, another drink & couldn’t pass up the jumbo chocolate chip cookie. All of that was just over $40. Yes we left FULL, but don’t think it’s the best burger ever. The buns were nice & fries & rings came out freshly done with a good crunch on them. The sauce options at the pickup counter was a nice surprise, you gotta try those. The jumbo chocolate chip cookie was like eating a chocolate bar cause it’s packed with chocolate chips. Would definitely get the jumbo cookie again. Yes we would go back, but we would go when we are starving not just hungry.

Didn’t even know that “The Well” was gone and that was Big’z now until right before we got here. It’s ok I guess, because I do like their burgers and now there is a location closer to other family members that we can hangout at. Good food and great service. For a party of 3-4, I would probably recommend only ordering one side. We ordered fried pickles and fries on this last visit and we didn’t even put a dent in either.

First time at Big Z’s. Had a bad feeling about it as soon as we walked in and ordered at “window”. We identified as new customers and not familiar with the menu. As it turns out the young friendly girl taking our order was not familiar with the process either. The big clue that possibly this was not our type of place was when we sit down at our table to kids running wild in playing dodgeball in the hallway to the bathrooms. At one point an adult got up and videotaped all the kids having a great time. I guess what I didn’t understand is why management did not ask the dodge ball game be moved to the to the backyard recreation area they have set up for such activities.

My family and I stumbled on the place by accident. The atmosphere was a bit loud, but aside from that, it’s a good family restaurant. They also have a play ground foe the kids to play. Food-The family ordered burgers and wings. Burgers were juicy and full of flavor. The wings were spicy and juicy. This restaurant has only been open for a month or so. If you’re ever in the 1604 & 10 area and 8n the mood for a burger. I guarantee you will love the place.

We tried the cheeseburgers. They were overcooked and dry unfortunately. They lacked seasoning. The fries were average. It was a bit overpriced. The atmosphere was good and the service was excellent. Due to the quality of the food, we probably will not return.

Another good a Big’z location to come and grab a burger from. The location is huge and spacious. Going for lunch on a weekday, it was pretty empty, but you could tell it was set up for evenings and bar activities.
