Just had the worse pizza from this location, the toppings were evenly distributed but no sauce. The pizza usually is good for the price, but I had to go back through the drive thru to pick up my food which they usually bring it out. The lady said it’ll be ready around 8 minutes, like they always say but she didn’t say come in and pick it up because they usually bring it out to the car. I liked this location because they usually has the best service and food. I guess I’ll have to try a new location if I see those same workers at the window next time…

I just ordered a pizza from there they told me to wait 7 minutes in the car and they would bring the pizza to me. I waited 25 minutes I went inside and they said they forgot or that someone else was responsible and not them. They gave me bread and marinara which I didn’t need nor did I want nor did my son want the only reason I went there was for him. I put the pizza box on my passenger side seat when I came home I noticed there was grease all over my hands and I had to put the pizza box in the sink the grease had dripped through the box onto my car seat so I had to run downstairs with a rag and soap to scrub my seat. I will never come here again. This is not the first horrible experience I’ve had with this place. Pools of grease on the pizza and breadsticks no napkins. The food is completely trash and trashed. Time food and money wasted!!! -5 stars. I want my money back and someone to detail my carseat now that is stained. I’m not made of money I’m a single mother who is trying to give her son what he wanted.

So we frequent this location as it is in my neighborhood of Waynedale. Well today we ordered a pepperoni pizza from here in drive thru. First off we were sent to the front to wait on the two pizzas to be brought out to us. Upon waiting 8 mins I decided to just go inside. In that time of waiting a lady came and ordered one as well. They immediately handed her a pizza. She opened it and instantly realized the pepperonis were burnt. When we spoke on it the General Manager on-site got a nasty attitude us like it was our fault the pizza was burnt. After refusing four pizzas we decided to just get sausage instead. The employees seemed to be high (big bulging eyes) and talking slow. I would not recommend visiting this location. They are very unprofessional and need a complete overhaul in staff and service.

Horrible service. We came through the drive through and we’re asked to park while they made our pizza. Over half an hour later we go inside to check on our pizza and they told us they never made the pizzas to begin with. Served 4 separate cars after us. Then said we’d have to wait another half an hour for the pizzas we never got so we asked for a refund and left. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened here so we won’t be going back again

Used to be really good, now the staff is lazy & there’s never any food ready & if you order ahead like we mostly do they skimp really badly on the toppings & the prices keep going up to where we’d just rather go to papa John’s or pizza Hut

Walked into Waynedale little Ceasars a few minutes ago place was open man in front of me got 3 pizza’s in hand. They tell me they are closed, tell them they are supposed to be open another hour. It’s almost 8 pm. No help from Mr. Rude behind the counter. Then a lady walks in and is helped. Am I crazy here or this place messed up? Or do we just choose who we want to help anymore? I won’t go back to Waynedale little Ceasars again. They can take the chosen ones money!

The pizza I ordered through the portal was nice and hot. The one I bought extra when I picked up order slightly old. The cut of both pizzas not so good. Some slices very small as others were huge and one didn’t even look like a triangle. In a hurry to cut. Not cut properly and not cut all the way through.

We just waited for 20minutes in the drive thru, and didnt get to order anything. Completely understandable because their system is down, but he made eye contact with us when we first arrived and let us wait 20 minutes to be told that we will not be able to order. Incredibly rude!!! Could have let us know when we first arrived, but not his problem.
