Sicilian Girl
Really nice bar area to hang out during sports or even just on a Friday night. Only drawback is it gets really loud and food can take a bit longer to come out of the kitchen. The dining room is a more quiet and casual area to eat in. The steak dinners are really good, cooked to your liking and the baked potatoes are some of the best I’ve had. Cheesesteaks are also very good and HOT!! Iced tea is fresh brewed and made exactly like it should be, not too weak, not too strong.

This is a meat lovers galore restaurant equipped with a separate section to the bar which is awesome! The bar section has 3 BIG TV’s and an ample room. While the restaurant has a nice seating area with booths and tables galore. The ceiling has Texas state which is very unique! I’d highly recommend trying this restaurant at least once. $19 for the lighter portion of salmon with 3 sides. Came here on the weekend and didn’t need reservations. Don’t look at their menu online as it is different than in the restaurant. You will be pleasantly surprised! I only knocked off one star for food as it takes AWHILE for the food to come out. We did order a steak sandwich, shrimp salad and salmon meals for 3 people and it was about a 45 minute venture.

I’m sad to report my disappointment. It’s our neighborhood restaurant wan we frequent it. Not sure what’s going on there but the beef has gone over the cliff bad. My $25 steak was less than 1/2 thick and dry as a bone. Our rib rack was mush. Three of our last five visits were just like this. Fire the cook? Go back to your normal meat and cuts. The broccoli was good. Tim is awesome but the new kids need training. Not sure if we’re going back.

Good food! The BBQ we sampled was just okay (we’re foodies, so dont take this as a bad thing), but I asked for a recommendation from the waitress and got a steak. She was right on. The steak was excellent. The mashed potatoes are completely homemade; you will find bits of potato skin mashed in there. The gravy was perfect, too. The tea is made in house and you can tell!

My kids love going there to eat however, when a group of 10 or more they take forever to bring the food, my food was lukewarm, because it probably sat under the light for about a half hour. One of our friends always gets sick when she goes there, I personally don’t care for this place. However, my boys like the beer there. Yes the prices are less than most of the barbecue establishments around. However, you definitely are not paying for a quality nor service at this establishment!

I’ve never had a bad meal here, but this last meal was terrible. The only good part was the salad. I got take out so I know it’s not going to be the same as at the restaurant, but my food arrived with no dipping sauce as advertised for both steak fingers and mushroom/ zucchini app. The steak fingers were not fingers but tiny chunks that were 75% breading. Get it together people! It sucks to not be able to enjoy a meal that you just paid a lot for because you didn’t include the sauces. Don’t you check what you’re sending out?

Prices have gotten high sure, but good is still good. From the ribeye and prime rib to the chicken fried steak and steak fingers, all are delicious. And, FYI, steak fingers are best with country gravy.
