Marcos is way better than other delivery pizza alternatives such as papa John’s, dominoes, etc. We have ordered several times from this location and they are fast, tasty and get the order right. They always send coupons on the pizza box also. Do yourself a favor and order Marcos instead of other pizza places in the area.

We have been getting Marcos since they opened in Tomball and for the most part have been happy. However, they started skimping on the toppings so last time my mom called & talked to a manager & she said the next time we ordered she would make sure there were plenty of toppings & she definitely made good on her word! I’ve never seen so many toppings before!

This location has miles to catch up to the one on Spring Cypress. The pizza crust was just plain bread, no cheese and no sauce, not even well done as I asked on the instructions. The “cheesy bread” was nothing more than a stale, dry piece of bread with 1 layer of cheese and none on the Parmesan was there, none! They forgot every single sauce I asked for and not 1 pack of cheese that I also specifically asked for in the written instructions. Just awful, what a waste of stomach space and calories.

I like the pizza but I was there on line fir five minutes, in second. A guy comes in and stands to the right. The cashier, after finishing attending the person in front of me, turns to the guy who just came in and asks him how she can help him. I guess I was a little darker for her taste, but the gentleman told her I was next. That’s why a low score for customer service.

I have ordered from her a couple times with no issues, then I ordered a pick up order for myself on the way home during the week last week. I waited a long time for my pizza after I was told it would be ready in 20 min and can see why. There were about 4 young employees that look like they were in training. Boss felt like he had to do it all to get the overflow of calls down so he could train properly. What struck me was the time he did take to apologize for the time it has taken me to wait for pizza. I can relate- It’s hard this time of period in this country to even hire someone, we all need to practice our patience…the Pizza was hot and yummy. Will definitely pick up this pizza again!

We love Marcos. It’s really helpful this location has a drive thru pick up window. We’ve had a couple great experiences and recently we had the wrong pizza delivered and the person who took our call, Daniel, made it right.
