I’ve been going to this domino’s for a long time. Anytime I have a problem with my order, I bring it back and they always fix it but today a manager by the name of Jessica refuse to give me a refund or remake my order because my garlic twist were burnt. Even another customer tried to tell her she’s wrong for not wanting to take care of the problem.. She was stone cold and very disrespectful. I’ve never had that problem with anyone at this location until she came along. Now I’m out of money and the food. I’m very upset and disappointed. And no other domino’s would help either. She has the worst costumer service ever. Jessica count your days. U should not be a manager. U were WRONG. U can’t even call to speak to anyone because They never pick up the phone,NEVER.. And the amount of dip they give for the garlic twist are insane. U ended up with no more dip and lots of bread left. Never again. Something needs to be done

We just ordered a pizza on the app it says completed delivery and we didn’t get it. And no one picks up phone at this store!! How can they operate a business this way. It gets better!! You can’t even report it on the app because not delivered is not even an option. Is this crazy or is it me?????

My order from this location arrived cold. The tots and pizza were burnt and didn’t have the ingredients on it that i paid for and the ingredients were sparely put on pizza and tot. For $37.00 order . I tried calling the store to adjust this issue and noone would answer the phone. This was the most disgusting and horrible pizza and tots for me. I feel i wasted my money on food which i can t eat. For the money that I spent, I need a refund. I will not be ordering anthing again from this location.

I ordered 2 chicken Alfredos and they both came half empty and half full. We asked for a replacement for it, and the workers were super nice, and after the second time we got the pasta it was perfect and delicious. Really good but only one downside. Love this place.

Pizza was not ready when I arrived, even though the Domino’s app said it was. I had to wait 10 more minutes, and the cashier had an attitude problem. No apologies or any offer to make up for it.

Ordered a large 5 topping pizza, it was dry, thin and the ingredients were poorly added. This is the worse pizza that I have eaten at any Dominos. I will never order from this location at all. I would rather order from the little Caesar from across the street.
