Rainforest Cafe is always an adventure with so many exciting things to look at. Amazing aquariums and animatronic wildlife. Every so often the animals come to life and animate and make sounds. I have a very bad shellfish allergy, I was kind of nervous seeing so many shrimp items on the menu. We told our server about the allergy and the manager came out to confirm and assured us he would speak with the chef assuring my food would not touch anything shellfish. Great service.

I absolutely love coming here on my birthday, it’s a childhood tradition of mines. The food is so good and over the years the menu is outdated. There’s usually always a wait line when trying to eat from 25 mins to and hour at most.

Checked out this place because they closed the ones in California that we used to ❤️. Same amazing “rainforest,” but the food was just okay. My grilled fish was dry and overcooked, but our family’s other items like the burgers were cooked correctly. Beverages were on point, too. Don’t try to call or reserve a table because their counts are off. Just go as a walk-in, and they’ll do a great job of seating you. Fun dining experience for the kids and young-at-heart!

Great Restaurant and atmosphere! Was not impressed by some of the things that we ordered food-wise. Will definitely go back just try other things to eat. Sometimes the staff is so bogged down it’s hard to get your waitress or waiter.

Checked in for a table of 2 and was told 30 minute wait, so signed up to be texted when spot opened. Within 2 minutes had a text table was ready? Place looked not very busy. Ordered a side of shrimp never came to the table. Ordered a chicken salad and the in correct one came to the table. Ordered a strawberry lemonade never showed up to the table. Daughters food did not show up at the table. Had to ask for daughter’s meal. My food came out missing her meal.

We never ate because the food, atmosphere, and service was so good the restaurant had an hour and a half wait! Although I didn’t eat this time, I can say this restaurant is a fun, yummy, kid-friendly experience and I highly recommend this!
