The chicken cordon bleu burger was simply stunning. From a fresh, soft pillowy bun to the moist, delicious chicken burger, this was simply a treat. The ham slice and Swiss cheese with cascading apple butter jam made this a 9/10 for me. The fries were nice and crispy. I can only hope the creator of this burger wins a Michelin star.

Good burgers and shakes! Also offer muffins and cookies. Very reasonably priced. Dine at the food court. Staff is very courteous and helpful! Cod Fish burgers are on the menu also!

Quick service but a dry and severely overcooked burger. Fries weren’t bad. I not sure why when drinks are served freely on the casino floor, this place sells tiny soft drinks with their overpriced combos. Definitely not a fan. I can only hope the other dining establishments in the Hard Rock casino are better.

On my last bite of a fish sandwich I bit into a very long black straight hair. I have curly blondish hair. Very disgusting!! Went up to tell them and they were literally like, “So?” A manager reimbursed me for my sandwich only but not the entire combo meal I bought. She was very smug and not apologetic at all. I just felt like the least they could do is reimburse me for the fries and drink out of the principle of the thing. Very bad customer service. I’d love to speak to a manager that speaks English. Don’t eat here unless you are willing to risk getting grossed out!

Horrible burger could not identify what was on it, took forever forgot it was to go forgot my drinks, manager was rude , understaffed. Hard rock should be embarrassed this place in on the property shut it down.

Had a burger and fries.opened the bun to put mayo on and it was not a whole paddy.it was 3 little pieces. Looked like dog food on a bun.spent 13.57 .what a waste.will never eat there again
