Ordered 6 papadias they got 5 correct 1 wing and without the sauce. Go in to pick them up and they took their time and wasn’t busy at all. They were ok treating but nothing special. Disappointed.

I wish I didn’t have to leave a review, but I definitely think it’s important to make buyers aware or should I say “BUYERS BEWARE” of what they could expect to see from this location. We ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza with a cinnamon pull apart dessert. However, instead of receiving the cinnamon pull apart, we randomly received a brownie dessert. We understood that mistakes do happen; we called the crown point location to info them of the mix up on our order The manager informed us that they are out of what we ordered, they are busy, and they do not refund or replace single items. We asked why we were not notified that this order was out. They again stated “we are too busy and it is what is and we get what we get.” We began trying to explain that this is something we would have not ordered because someone in our party is allergic to chocolate. We couldn’t get that far in the conversation, because the manager at the store decided to stop responding, then hung up on us. So BUYER BEWARE that they will not care what you ordered, and will give you whatever they decide or think you should eat. It is sad to see that customer service has become this way.

Messed up my order and sent breadsticks when was supposed to be 15bbq poppers. But what is not right is I was on hold and trying to talk to them for 1hr now and they just keep putting me on hold. Manager doesn’t even answer just goes straight to hold. Dont order from here. And wish I saw the reviews of this happening to other people

Don’t Worry Be Happy
Food arrived cold. Paid for extra pepperocinis and garlic sauce and received a whole two of each. I don’t think I’ve ever received less than 4 or 5 of these with a pizza from any other Papa Johns and that’s without paying for extras. Not impressed.
