My family stopped here on the way home from Nashville. This was the worst-run breakfast restaurant I’ve ever seen. They seemed completely overwhelmed and our orders came in parts in no logical order, people weren’t getting their orders correct. Worst of all the food was terrible! The sandwich seemed like it had been under a heat lamp for 3 days and the potatoes were horrendous. Duncan Donuts management, PLEASE visit this site and make corrections!

I was reminded why I stopped going to this location this morning. I stopped on my way to work at 0520 for a Latte and SsgEggChz SW Croissant. The Latte actually taste like water and after looking inside the cup; looked green milky color. I have no ideal what they made me but it wasn’t a Latte. As for my BK Sw it had a off/weird taste including the bread too. I’d just be careful with this location people.

Real inconvenience when it’s storming outside and you won’t be able to order without getting absolutely soaked. Figured we drive up to the window to stay dry ( there wasn’t anyone in line ) didn’t get my coffee cause my man didn’t want to soak the inside of his truck.. I don’t think anyone would but Managers and their Rules…. Definitely doesn’t seem to me this place would ever go above or beyond for any of there customers even for the most minor things ‍♀️

i’ve never left a review anywhere before but this actually feels necessary. i rarely go here but when i do i always get the same exact drink order but still somehow they manage to make something completely different every time. i learned my lesson and stopped ordering coffee from this place so today i ordered bacon avocado toast and somehow they managed to mess that up too. no bacon and the bread wasn’t even slightly toasted lol. don’t waste your money here

Coffee is good but they will completely ignore you at the desk to keep working the drive through. I stood at the desk for over 10 minutes with both employees walking back and forth several times completely ignoring me. When I asked about service, they just said “sorry” and kept working the drive through.

This location is B-U-S-Y…. however, the team that works this outside line is ON TOP OF IT! You may see that you are 8 cars back… but within 8 minutes you are driving away with the perfect coffee and strawberry glazed donut with sprinkles!

They close early. We were headed home from out of town and pulled in 10 min before closing to get coffee. And they saw us, made eye contact, and ignored us. I get that it was late and close to closing so even a hey sorry we just tossed everything or closed the til or some sort of acknowledgment would have been nice.

I have gone a few times about an hour or less before closing after practice and they never have anything available. Sometimes even in the daytime. How can a place be called Dunkin Donuts but have zero donuts available every time and limited to cold or hot plain coffee not even decaf? Please don’t waste your time and go spend your money elsewhere. Golly G’s is definitely a great substitute because they always have mostly all their menu until close.
