It’s really hard for me to understand why the manager lady gets so mad. I order a drink off the menu no substitutions, they make it incorrect. And when I ask for it to be remade, I’m then mocked as they make it as if I’m not in the same room hearing it all. Changing to Second cup, or Starbucks, or even gas station coffee could be made correct more often. Why get so mad, shouldn’t it be us who gets upset at the constant hassle to remake the order.

Ordered 25 Munchkins and only received 16 STALE ones in the bag. They were hard as rock and well over a day old. Goto Casey’s instead they are fresh everyday!!! I’d give zero stars if possible
